Young Entrepreneurs are taking off!
This term, our Entrepreneurs Club launched for Key Stage 4 and Key Stage 5 students - and it’s already inspiring a new generation of leaders and innovators!
The club is designed to help students build creative confidence, real-world business skills, leadership, and teamwork abilities, while encouraging them to think big - ethically and responsibly. Created to nurture a passion for business, the club guides students in turning their ideas into viable ventures. Using practical tools and frameworks, they’ve explored a wide range of business models and approaches - all in a hands-on, interactive environment.
Led by Paul Gordon, Founder & CEO of Vidacentric, alongside our Business Studies team, students have been diving deep into real-world business challenges. And the ideas they’ve come up with are amazing! From animation advertising and apps, to superhero games and even reviving classic cars, creativity is truly in full swing.
Mr Gordon shared his thoughts on the students’ achievements:
“It has been an absolute pleasure working with the students over the past few weeks. Their creativity, enthusiasm, and insight have been truly inspiring. I hope the course has encouraged them to refine their interests and continue developing their ideas.”
The students are just as enthusiastic:
“The club is great! … I think getting a real entrepreneur like Mr Gordon in is amazing and I feel so lucky to have him here, as something like this would usually not be possible."
“Entrepreneur Club is an amazing and fun way to learn about business ... personally [I am] learning many new skills to apply to the real world.”
Now, it’s time for the final challenge. Our young entrepreneurs will be creating 'elevator pitches' and business presentations, showcasing their innovative solutions, route to market, and financial strategies. Watch this space - the next generation of business leaders is about to shine!
