Lichfield Cathedral School is a flourishing co-educational independent school in Staffordshire for ages 2½ to 18. PA to the Leadership Team

September start, Monday to Friday (8:30am to 5pm)
Closing date: Friday 26 July

We are looking to appoint an experienced, hardworking PA to support our Senior Leadership Team.

You will act as a first point of contact, and provide Personal Assistant support for the Leadership Team, for people both within and outside the school and provide executive support to the Leadership Team in managing and organising the day-to-day running of the school. This will include diary management, correspondence, organising internal and external meetings, along with various other duties.

The successful candidate will have a professional appearance and attitude.

Experience of working in a school would be advantageous, but is not a requirement. The successful candidate must have excellent administration skills and be familiar and competent with different Microsoft IT packages. You will need to have excellent organisation and planning skills, and the ability to work flexibly within this very busy and varied role, remaining calm under pressure. Staff are also required to support the administrative function across the whole school as necessary.

Hours for this role are 8:30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday during term time, plus 5 weeks during school holidays to be worked in liaison with your Line Manager. Please note, that some meetings may fall outside of these hours.
