Super sleepover for Year 4

For the first time ever, our Year 4 pupils took part in an unforgettable sleepover at Longdon and what an adventure it was!

The evening kicked off with laughter and energy as the children bounced to their hearts’ content on an inflatable bouncy castle and enjoyed a variety of fun-filled games.

A classic fish and chip supper followed, giving everyone the fuel they needed for the next magical moment: roasting marshmallows around the campfire under the stars.  As the night drew in, excitement continued indoors as pupils set up their cosy camps in the school hall. They snuggled up to watch Paddington, winding down after an action-packed day.

After an early rise, the fun wasn’t over yet!  A delicious continental breakfast gave them a great start before heading outside once again for more games and laughter.  It was a night full of memories, independence and joy. A big well done to our brave Year 4s for making history at Longdon!
