Outdoor learning with Growing Minds - February round-up

In February, we made Imbolc spirals (representing the transition from winter to spring, the renewal and growth of nature), wove willow hearts for St Valentine, cooked pancakes, cast Roman coins, built wattle & daub longhouses, sowed the wildflower meadow, and still enjoyed all the mud!
