Maths fun with Years 2 and 8

Our Year 8 pupils enjoyed helping the Year 2 children with their maths this week, including adding and doubling and, in some cases, the Year 8 students were setting extra challenges for the Year 2s.

It was fantastic to watch them work so well together: the Year 2s were listening to the explanations and accepting the help from the older students, and the Year 8s showed real kindness and patience, and provided excellent maths explanations.
