Interfaith Week poetry competition

As part of our Interfaith Week activities, we are running a poetry competition in school in order to identify 4 finalists whose work will be submitted to the national Interfaith Week Poetry Competition.

This year's theme is Community: Together We Serve and pupils are invited to submit a poem demonstrating their understanding of at least one of the key concepts - Community, Togetherness and Service.

Pupils in Years 1 to 6 should compose a poem of up to a maximum of 10 lines, while those in Years 7 to 11 should write a maximum of 30 lines.

The deadline is Friday 21 November and all entries should be emailed to Mrs Johnson at i.johnson@lichfieldcathedralschool.com

Good luck!
