Great squash season for Finchers

Billy (Year 6) and Elsie (Year 9) have had a great squash season so far this year.  

Billy finished 2nd at the Fulham Bronze in Sheffield. He was part of the boys' U11 team that came third in the National Inter-County Finals in March. Last weekend he won his first England Squash bronze event in Sutton Coldfield. With a few events in the season left to go, Billy is aiming to get into the top 30 in the country. 

Elsie has also been competing most weekends, and will achieve a top 40 position in the country by the end of the season. She’s played at various competitions, representing Warwickshire at the National Inter-Counties. In Sutton Coldfield last weekend, she finished 5th in a very strong field.
