Fundraising through baking

"One day I was watching a baking show because I love baking, and I had the idea to make gummy bear-filled chocolate to sell for charity. We went out to buy the ingredients, and once we returned home, we melted and mixed the chocolate and some of the gummy bears. We then filled the moulds and put them in the fridge.

"When they were ready, we went out. We walked up and down my street, knocking on my neighbours' doors to sell my chocolate. I was very successful, I managed to sell most of it.

"My dad helped me to understand about income, expenses and profit. My income was £21.50. As I spent £4 on chocolate and £3 on gummy bears, I had a total of £7 of expenses. This gave me a profit of £14.50, which I want to give to The Friends of LCS PTA."
