Colourful Chemistry with Year 10

Our Year 10 Triple Science students took on the challenge of flame tests in Chemistry, using vibrant colour changes to identify the positive ions in unknown substances. From brilliant oranges to vivid lilacs, the lab was a spectrum of discovery!

This lesson is part of a fantastic hands-on extra science module which is engaging, investigative, and seriously interesting!
